By using Liberty City Police Department First Response Headquarters (refered to as: LCPD:FR-HQ) (www.lcpdfrhq.com), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. LCPD:FR-HQ is a public service which provides a social networking atmosphere through the World Wide Web. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers reserve the right to cancel any account for any reason or no reason at all.

LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The users of the LCPD:FR-HQ community are entirely liable for all activities conducted through their account. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers may not be held liable for any damages both civil or physical liabilities. Including buyt no limited to data breaches, member conduct, and (or) any other negative system experience.

MEMBER CONDUCT

The following are member conduct rules that apply to all users while using LCPD:FR-HQ and its services:

1. You agree to not use your account to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available the following types of content which are strictly prohibited and may lead to your account and membership being revoked:
• Adult or Pornographic related
• Hate, Bigotry, and/or Intolerance
• Warez or Software Piracy related
• Music Piracy Related
• Hacking Related
• Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed)
• Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software.
• Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software.
• Spamming / Trolling to promote your website, personal blog or forum.
• Anything related to illegal activity

2. In addition to the above you agree to remain in accordance and further agree not to:
• "Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone
• Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data - except for Internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file, or "well-behaved" web services/RSS/Atom clients. We reserve the right to define what we mean by "well-behaved"
• Post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable burden on the LCPD:FR-HQ infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LCPD:FR-HQ computer systems (if: servers, databases, etc...)or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the LCPD:FR-HQ community.
• Develop, invoke, or utilize any code to disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the LCPD:FR-HQ community.

You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers reserves the right to remove Content which is deemed in LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers has in place at the time.

LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur (including, for example, from a system crash, security breach, or hard disk failure). To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use LCPD:FR-HQ services. You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LCPD:FR-HQ, its developers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all third party claims, liability, damages, losses and/or costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your failure to comply with these terms of use; (b) your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other right of a third party; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

Privacy & Information Collection, Use, Sharing

LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, registation, or other direct contact from you. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers will not sell or rent this information to anyone. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than per your request.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE LCPD:FR-HQ SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH NO WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LCPD:FR-HQ & ITS DEVELOPERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, THE IMPLIED CONDITION OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU RELY ON ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, YOU DO SO SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limited License / Permitted Uses.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use LCPD:FR-HQ, while strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use LCPD:FR-HQ solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the LCPD:FR-HQ community solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of LCPD:FR-HQ or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use.

Your license or membership account for access and use of LCPD:FR-HQ and any information, materials or documents (collectively defined as "Content and Materials") therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) copy, print, republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of LCPD:FR-HQ or any Content and Materials retrieved wherefrom; (b) use the LCPD:FR-HQ community or any materials obtained from LCPD:FR-HQ to develop, of as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution technique.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to LCPD:FR-HQ and developers are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the LCPD:FR-HQ community, except as allowed by developer authorization, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the LCPD:FR-HQ community. The posting of information or materials on LCPD:FR-HQ does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

Entire Agreement & Conclusion

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction in New Jersey. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers with respect to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand the provisions of these terms of use. By using this site, you consent to the terms of use described herein, including any updates. LCPD:FR-HQ and its developers reserve the right to vary these terms of use from time to time and will update the "Effective Date" section above when such changes are made.
